Lead the architecture and roadmap for IonQ’s secure software factory. Build and operate production-scale CI/CD platforms, infrastructure-as-code modules, release pipelines, security scanning, dependency management, SBOM and provenance systems, and internal developer platforms. Drive vulnerability remediation, compliance evidence, hybrid infrastructure operations, and agentic automation with appropriate guardrails. Mentor engineers, establish standards, and align Architecture, SRE, Cloud Operations, and Product Development around secure, self-service delivery.

Lead full-cycle PCBA design for spaceflight hardware: requirements, schematic/layout, bring-up, test, verification, and manufacturing handoff. Collaborate with RF, mechanical, software, and FPGA teams, mentor junior engineers, engage CMs/vendors, and drive failure analysis and flight-readiness for high-reliability satellite electronics.

Build and operate backend services for IonQ's Network and Security Platform: high-throughput telemetry ingestion, time-series storage, real-time processing, and APIs. Implement event streaming, cloud-native deployments, observability, and reliability practices; participate in on-call and incident response. Collaborate with architects, lead code reviews, and mentor engineers to deliver production-grade distributed systems.
