Lead reliability strategy for cloud-managed SaaS platforms and customer-deployed infrastructure. Own SLOs, error budgets, observability, resilience, disaster recovery, incident response, on-call operations, cloud security posture, and stateful or streaming platform reliability. Design chaos experiments, failover automation, capacity and cost optimization, and AI-driven triage and self-healing workflows. Provide technical leadership, establish cross-team standards, mentor engineers, and command severe production incidents.

Build and operate backend services for IonQ's Network and Security Platform: high-throughput telemetry ingestion, time-series storage, real-time processing, and APIs. Implement event streaming, cloud-native deployments, observability, and reliability practices; participate in on-call and incident response. Collaborate with architects, lead code reviews, and mentor engineers to deliver production-grade distributed systems.

Owns quality for a SaaS quantum security posture management platform. Responsibilities include designing and executing functional, regression, integration, API, UI, and automated tests; validating network modeling and security policies; maintaining virtual network test environments; triaging defects; supporting release readiness; and integrating testing into CI/CD workflows.
