The Associate Director will develop integrated media strategies for a leading home appliance brand, leveraging insights to influence perceptions and engagement through effective communications.

Support media planning across TV, Print, Radio, Digital, OOH and emerging media by compiling research, developing audience insights, producing tactical plan components (flow charts, spreadsheets, budgets), and collaborating with cross-functional teams while learning proprietary planning tools and industry trends.

The Negotiator develops and evaluates digital media plans, collaborates with team members, mentors associates, conducts research, negotiates partner proposals, and manages budgets.
