Teams at Ipsen

Lead Ipsen's oncology sales organization in the West (WA, OR, CA, NV): build regional business plans, manage a budget and a team of 8–10 reps, recruit/train/coach, meet sales targets, ensure compliance, partner on reimbursement/access strategies, engage KOLs/accounts, and use sales systems and analytics to drive growth.

Build and maintain relationships with hepatology and gastroenterology key opinion leaders for Iqirvo across the Western region. Lead advisory boards, speaker programs, congress activities, KOL meetings, influence mapping, and compliant commercial engagement. Partner with Marketing, Medical, Global, and other internal teams to capture insights, support brand strategy, coordinate institutional collaborations, and strengthen Ipsen’s presence among rare-disease thought leaders.
