Leads continuous improvement and operational excellence across a third-party logistics network. Responsibilities include process optimization, Kaizen events, value stream mapping, facility startups, customer launches, KPI standardization, leadership coaching, and Lean Six Sigma capability development. The role partners with clients and site leaders to improve productivity, quality, velocity, and financial performance across warehouse and logistics operations in North America.

Design and deliver secure, high-performance microservices and APIs. Develop backend services in Java and Python, integrate ML components, build front-end service layers, deploy containerized applications to cloud platforms, and collaborate in Agile teams to ensure scalable, test-driven solutions.
