Leads end-to-end coordination of a leave-of-absence integration remediation project involving Lincoln, Workday, Payroll, Benefits, and People Operations teams. Manages dependencies, risks, testing, issue resolution, stakeholder communications, status reporting, and concurrent workstreams. Supports PayMeta business-as-usual operations and broader enterprise initiatives, including workshops and digital transformation programs.

Lead end-to-end technical program execution for consumer device initiatives, coordinating engineering, product, and operations teams. Manage plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, program health metrics, issue resolution, executive communications, and process improvements across complex, concurrent programs. The role requires software development lifecycle knowledge, cross-functional leadership, and experience delivering software or consumer device programs from concept through production.

Analyzes large-scale datasets, defines business metrics and OKRs, investigates trends and root causes, develops predictive and forecasting models, creates dashboards and visualizations, conducts experiments, and communicates actionable recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role also includes internal consulting practice collaboration, thought leadership, case studies, and digital transformation content development.
