Manage Central Security budget and vendor operations, including spend tracking, reconciliation, forecasting, procurement workflows, contract lifecycle management, vendor onboarding, reporting, and intake triage. The role coordinates with Finance, Sourcing, and program stakeholders, maintains renewal calendars and ticketing records, improves operational processes, and prepares financial reports and stakeholder communications.

Supports budget planning, forecasting, spend governance, accruals, variance analysis, and financial reporting for a hardware engineering organization. Develops dashboards and presents actionable insights to leadership. Builds AI agents and workflow automation to streamline financial processes, while partnering with engineering, procurement, sourcing, accounts payable, and program management teams. The role is hybrid in Sunnyvale, California, for a 12-month engagement.

Manage weekly executive approval processes for a data center site selection team, including intake, quality checks, stakeholder sign-offs, tracking, and reporting. Lead business-side implementation and testing of a portfolio management platform, including requirements, UAT, feedback triage, data migration, and adoption. Maintain dashboards, workflows, documentation, leadership communications, and operating reviews while identifying automation and process improvement opportunities.
