Build and grow a new UCaaS and voice-solutions territory across Arizona, Texas, and Florida. Develop SLED relationships, prospect and close net-new public sector accounts, manage the full consultative sales cycle, navigate RFPs and cooperative purchasing frameworks, maintain CRM forecasts, and collaborate with technical and leadership teams. Manages and grows a portfolio of public-sector technology accounts by building trusted relationships, driving retention, identifying expansion opportunities, and coordinating successful service delivery. Conducts business reviews, monitors customer health, supports renewals, develops account plans, prepares quotes and proposals, and collaborates with sales, engineering, project management, support, and vendors. Maintains CRM records and shares customer insights to improve offerings.

Oversee daily office operations, including front desk coverage, visitor support, conference room scheduling, office organization, shipping and receiving, inventory and supply management, document handling, events, data entry, and administrative projects. Process checks and QuickBooks transactions, coordinate with departments, and maintain breakroom operations. Generate and qualify outbound and inbound leads for the telecom division, conduct prospecting via calls, email and social, maintain CRM pipeline, set meetings for Account Executives, meet activity targets, and collaborate with sales/marketing to drive qualified opportunities.
