Leads Test Engineers I and II while managing test engineering for electronic circuit board production. Designs, develops, and maintains test procedures, hardware, and software across ICT, functional, environmental, and system-level testing. Oversees test equipment development, quality analysis, corrective actions, NPI activities, customer training, cost reduction, strategy execution, hiring, coaching, and performance management.

The Quality Engineer IV leads a team of Quality Engineers and Technicians, focusing on recruitment, performance management, and technical support for manufacturing processes, while implementing quality strategies to enhance operational metrics.

Support industrial engineering activities to optimize production workflow, tooling, layouts, and workstations. Conduct time studies, analyze workforce utilization and quality/efficiency data, implement continuous improvements and cost reductions, coordinate moves and maintenance, and reduce scrap through corrective actions while following safety and security procedures.
