Lead Oracle Fusion consulting for contract and outsourced manufacturing cost accounting. Responsibilities include process re-engineering, solution architecture, Oracle Cost Management configuration, SLA and inventory integration, overhead and variance design, intercompany accounting, external manufacturing integrations, reporting, data conversion, and financial reconciliation. The role requires deep cost accounting expertise, contract manufacturing experience, Oracle Fusion implementation leadership, and executive-level process consulting.

Leads Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects. Translates accounting principles into system configurations, designs finance processes and module setups, manages testing and cutover, oversees data migration and reconciliation, and serves as the primary liaison to finance executives. Requires CPA-level accounting expertise and extensive Oracle Fusion implementation experience.

Own and configure Workday Finance record-to-report processes, including the financial data model, journals, fixed assets, allocations, tax, treasury, bank management, and financial reporting. Maintain Workday Adaptive Planning integrations and budgeting structures. Provide L2 support for period close, bank reconciliation, user access, formulas, asset depreciation, and governance of cost centers and ledger accounts. Ensure accurate accounting and alignment with GAAP and IFRS principles.
