Manage end-to-end production and sourcing for Boy and Newborn woven apparel. Coordinate vendors, sourcing agents, costing, negotiations, sampling, production milestones, quality, compliance, and delivery timelines. Maintain production data, WIP reports, calendars, and trackers in DESL, PLM, and Excel. Partner cross-functionally with design, merchandising, planning, technical design, raw materials, and quality teams to resolve risks and ensure on-time, cost-effective seasonal execution.

Owns the online presentation and performance of Baby, Sleep, and Marketplace categories. Responsibilities include site merchandising, promotions, content and image management, product uploads, quality assurance, reporting, inventory analysis, and re-merchandising. Manages third-party marketplace seller onboarding, catalog ingestion, troubleshooting, communications, and post-purchase issues. Partners cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, marketing, fulfillment, customer service, legal, store operations, and IT to maintain accurate online experiences.

Write witty, on-brand copy across email, social, print, and other marketing channels. Develop creative and strategic messaging, collaborate with copy, design, web, and social teams, and maintain consistent brand voice. Edit and proofread content, meet tight deadlines, manage project updates, and adapt to changing creative direction while delivering accurate, customer-focused work.
