Provides scientific leadership and operational management for non-interventional pharmacoepidemiology studies, including post-marketing requirements and commitments. Analyze pharmaceutical secondary data and support primary market research to generate actionable insights for brand strategy, performance tracking, customer journeys, and business decisions. Develop dashboards, reports, segmentation analyses, and analytical frameworks while validating data quality. Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, data strategy, and technology teams to interpret customer, competitive, and market trends across HCP, patient, payer, and other stakeholder groups.

Delivers customer analytics and market research insights supporting pharmaceutical franchise strategy, brand planning, performance tracking, and business decisions. Analyzes claims, EHR/EMR, specialty pharmacy, prescription, CRM, and omnichannel data; develops dashboards and analytical tools; conducts qualitative and quantitative research; and translates findings into actionable recommendations. Collaborates with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, data strategy, and technology teams in a matrixed environment.

Leads global Phase I–IV clinical trials from planning through closeout, overseeing study teams, vendors, timelines, budgets, risks, documentation, compliance, and trial systems. Develops and reviews protocols, consent forms, monitoring plans, and clinical study reports; supports investigator meetings, audits, inspections, and IMP shipment authorization. Provides portfolio-level updates, leads cross-functional working groups, manages escalations, and mentors clinical operations staff while ensuring adherence to GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

Leads national market access relationships with Emisar, Optum Rx, and UnitedHealthcare for Jazz Pharmaceuticals’ portfolio. Develops and executes payer access strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, account plans, and contracting negotiations. Influences coverage, reimbursement, formularies, and policies while coordinating internal teams across sales, marketing, legal, access services, and HEOR. Represents Jazz at industry events, conducts business reviews, identifies access opportunities, and ensures compliant, clinically appropriate product access.

Lead statistician responsible for statistical strategy, design, analysis, and validation for Phase I-IV clinical trials and regulatory filings. Writes and reviews SAPs, simulates trial operating characteristics, reviews and validates CRO deliverables, collaborates cross-functionally, supports regulatory interactions, and manages external statistics/programming vendors.

Manage and oversee U.S. FDA-mandated REMS programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Coordinate governance, meetings, timelines, and vendor partnerships; monitor risks and implement mitigations; support development and modification of REMS materials; maintain documentation for inspections and audits.

Lead and oversee analytics and insights functions to drive data-informed decisions across the business, manage and develop analytics teams, deliver strategic reporting and advanced analytics, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support commercial and clinical objectives.
