Provides scientific leadership and operational management for non-interventional pharmacoepidemiology studies, including post-marketing requirements and commitments. Responsibilities include literature searches, secondary data analysis, regulatory submission support, statistical analysis plans, CRO and data-provider management, budgeting, cross-functional coordination, and communication with regulatory teams. The role also contributes to forecasting, presents research findings, authors publications, and supports clinical development, safety, medical affairs, and regulatory activities.

Leads biostatistical strategy, design, analysis, validation, and reporting for Phase I–IV clinical trials and regulatory submissions. Develops statistical analysis plans, programs simulations and analyses, interprets data, and supports integrated reporting. Collaborates with clinical, data management, programming, regulatory, and research teams, including agency interactions. Manages external vendors, contributes to department standards, presents results, and may supervise statisticians and direct reports. Oncology experience, regulatory knowledge, and expertise in SAS, R, and CDISC standards are required.

Analyze pharmaceutical secondary data and support primary market research to generate actionable insights for brand strategy, performance tracking, customer journeys, and business decisions. Develop dashboards, reports, segmentation analyses, and analytical frameworks while validating data quality. Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, data strategy, and technology teams to interpret customer, competitive, and market trends across HCP, patient, payer, and other stakeholder groups.
