Provide high-level administrative support to investment bankers by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings across time zones, arranging domestic and international travel, processing expense reports in Concur, and maintaining CRM records. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced investment banking environment.

Support senior bankers on transaction execution and due diligence; prepare marketing pitches, offering memoranda and management presentations; build target buyer/investor lists; perform industry research, complex financial modeling and valuation; mentor and train analysts; support M&A and financing engagements within Technology Enabled Services.

Perform financial modeling and fundamental research on public technology and information services companies; write timely research reports; track industry themes and trends; maintain company and industry relationships; interact with institutional sales, corporate, and buy-side clients; attend industry events and meet tight deadlines.
