Build and grow Jerry’s organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok. Develop channel-specific community engagement playbooks, grow trusted subreddits, create scalable content and engagement strategies, collaborate with Growth and Content teams, and measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations. The role requires authentic platform-native communication, SEO knowledge, and the ability to humanize stressful or complex consumer categories.

Own the roadmap and end-to-end development of Jerry.ai’s AI platform and customer experiences. Partner with engineering to establish prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and platform standards. Drive experimentation to improve answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates. Translate technical AI concepts for the broader organization and collaborate with OpenAI on voice models and workflow automation.

Own a new consumer product bet from concept or early launch through product-market fit and scale. Ramp quickly in complex domains, use quantitative and qualitative insights to prioritize opportunities, build and ship products, gather customer feedback, and iterate. Potential areas include home, motorcycle, boat, RV insurance, and property tax savings.
