Lead end-to-end product design for Jerry's consumer mobile and web products. Translate data-heavy problems into clear flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI. Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and researchers, use analytics and testing to validate designs, evolve the design system, and apply AI to improve personalization and automation.

Join the Growth team to own funnels that drive discovery, evaluation, and purchase of car insurance. Conduct product walkthroughs, synthesize user feedback, drive bug triage, lead end-to-end product initiatives, partner with Design/Engineering/Analytics to ship experiments and A/B tests, translate ambiguous problems into hypotheses and requirements, and coordinate daily overlap with a China-based engineering team to ensure execution.

Embedded on a core business team, you will define problems, build metrics, run analyses and experiments, produce reports and insights, and drive data-informed decisions end-to-end. You will partner with product, growth, AI, and partnerships teams, communicate findings to leadership, and own outcomes from analysis through execution.
