Lead complex telecommunications projects including IP migrations and TDM-to-IP transitions; negotiate and manage interconnection/IP agreements; oversee numbering and porting services; support regulatory compliance and robocall mitigation; manage budgets, proposals, and client advisory work; supervise one direct report and provide cross-functional subject-matter expertise.

Sell and grow Tax & Regulatory Compliance Managed Services by prospecting, managing full sales cycles, closing new business, expanding existing accounts, maintaining CRM (NetSuite), collaborating with internal teams, and supporting customer engagement including periodic travel.
