Manages daily operations across an affordable housing portfolio, including staff supervision, property finances, regulatory compliance, leasing and marketing, resident relations, maintenance, capital improvements, and new development launches. The role coordinates with owners, vendors, legal counsel, residents, community agencies, and regulatory bodies such as HUD, CHFA, HCD, and TCAC. Extensive driving between properties is required.

Reviews rental applications and leases, maintains accurate resident files, processes move-ins and recertifications, supports residents with required documentation, and ensures compliance with lease terms, housing regulations, Fair Housing requirements, and resident selection policies. The role provides customer assistance and works closely with applicants, residents, vendors, coworkers, and property management while exercising sound judgment and strong organization.

Reviews rental applications and leases, processes move-ins, maintains resident files, supports interim and annual recertifications, and ensures compliance with lease terms, regulatory guidelines, and Fair Housing requirements. Provides customer assistance and maintains professional relationships with residents, vendors, applicants, and coworkers while exercising sound judgment and discretion.
