Define and deliver technical vision and roadmaps for surgical robotics products. Lead cross-functional R&D execution, prioritize backlogs, manage risks and dependencies, drive Agile cadence, align engineering and clinical stakeholders, and report progress and metrics to leadership through design transfer and product release.

Provide plant-level supply chain finance and cost accounting leadership: analyze production costs and variances, manage month-end close, support inventory valuation, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, internal controls, audits, and partner with manufacturing and supply chain to drive cost reductions and operational efficiency.

Lead and define the Ottava Manufacturing L&D function, develop site L&D roadmap, design standardized compliant training programs, implement digital learning tools, manage and mentor the L&D team, partner cross-functionally to support NPI and workforce readiness, and measure training effectiveness for continuous improvement.
