Provide technical pre-sales expertise for Jumio’s identity verification, KYC, AML, authentication, and risk management solutions. Responsibilities include consulting with prospects, leading technical presentations, responding to RFPs and RFIs, managing proofs of concept, onboarding customers through go-live, delivering customized web and mobile demos, and supporting sales, account management, product, engineering, and marketing teams.

Own Jumio’s customer marketing function by building lifecycle communications, advocacy and reference programs, customer advisory boards, case studies, peer reviews, webinars and executive events. Partner with Customer Success, Account Management, Sales and Product Marketing to support adoption, renewals and expansion. Manage customer proof and engagement programs, analyze participation and campaign data, and translate customer insights into product and go-to-market actions.

Serve as a customer-facing fraud and identity expert across pre-sales, onboarding, and expansion. Evaluate customer risk profiles, design fraud strategies and identity workflows, advise on risk mitigation and verification optimization, and coordinate technical, regulatory, and operational launch readiness. Lead implementation milestones, go-live planning, and cross-functional resolution of deployment bottlenecks while helping enterprise customers maximize adoption and long-term value.

Perform inbound and outbound prospecting to identify and qualify sales opportunities for Account Executives. Research target accounts and contacts, respond to leads, document activities in Salesforce, collaborate with sales and marketing to accelerate enterprise deals, recommend process improvements, and represent the Jumio brand professionally.
