Leads and develops a team of four Account Executives selling technology and fund administration solutions to venture capital firms. Owns quota attainment, pipeline creation, territory strategy, forecasting, deal coaching, hiring, and GTM development. Builds VC ecosystem relationships, supports strategic deals, drives industry presence, and partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales Operations to expand Juniper Square’s market share.

Leads engineering strategy for platform systems, including modularizing a Python/FastAPI monolith, advancing AI-native development, enabling AI feature delivery, and strengthening application security. Oversees identity, audit logging, API and MCP gateways, reliability, and shared services. Manages engineering managers and senior engineers, drives organizational alignment, reduces technical debt, recruits talent, and builds secure, high-velocity developer platforms.

Manage and negotiate commercial contracts supporting sales and go-to-market teams, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, DPAs, service agreements, and SOWs. Review vendor agreements, ensure compliance, maintain contract management data, coordinate stakeholders, support contract playbooks and workflows, and train teams on contracting processes. The role requires independent judgment, strong communication, and experience handling software and professional services agreements involving privacy, security, intellectual property, and data rights.
