The EHSS & Quality Senior Analyst leads data management for EHS, ESG, and Quality goals, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include data collection, analysis, and reporting, as well as the development of dashboards and automation processes.

Lead day-to-day Amazon channel performance: optimize listings, advertising, pricing, fulfillment, vendor relationships, and account health. Use data and cross-functional collaboration to drive discoverability, conversion, margin, and long-term channel growth.

Manage Western US territory for Hughes Safety Showers, performing direct consultative sales, account management, new account acquisition, regional sales planning, pricing, and trade show support. Heavy customer-facing activity (up to 80% of time) and frequent travel (60–70%). Build relationships with distributors and customers to grow sales and roll out new products while maintaining accurate pricing and activity records.
