Manage day-to-day retirement benefits operations: audit data and partner feeds, triage and remediate system bugs with engineering, support billing and regulatory filings, analyze member benefits data using SQL and Excel, produce KPIs and operational dashboards, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and external partners.
