Provide litigation support across practice areas: prepare and manage legal documents and case files, conduct eDiscovery and legal research, assist with discovery and trial preparation, coordinate filings and vendors, attend hearings and client meetings, and bill accurately for work. Support attorneys and paralegal team members throughout case lifecycle.

Serve as the firms front‑desk ambassador: greet guests, manage reception and office amenities, coordinate meetings and events, support legal teams with administrative tasks, handle mail/packages, scanning and document uploads, and maintain organized office processes to ensure excellent client and employee experiences.
