The Accounts Payable Manager oversees invoice processing, payment administration, reconciliations, vendor records, financial controls, month-end close support, and client expense accounting. The role supervises and develops AP staff, coordinates with Finance, Billing, Procurement, and attorneys, resolves coding and payment issues, supports audits and tax reporting, and leads process improvements. The position is hybrid, with occasional weekends and holidays and 5–10% domestic travel.

This role supervises and develops the AP team, supports month- and year-end close, audits, 1099 preparation, and coordinates with Finance, Billing, Procurement, and attorneys. The manager also leads process improvements, reporting, risk mitigation, and system workflow enhancements.

Provides litigation support across practice areas by preparing legal documents, managing case files, conducting eDiscovery and legal research, assisting with discovery, hearings, depositions, and trials, coordinating attorneys, vendors, courts, and clients, processing invoices, and recording billable work. The role is primarily in-office with hybrid eligibility after 90 days and requires 5–10% domestic travel.
