Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development to STEP substitute teachers; conduct classroom observations; create individualized PD and onboarding plans; develop and deliver trainings and LMS content; ensure compliance with licensing and program standards; track progress in databases and collaborate with HR and partners to improve staff skills, retention, and program quality.

Lead modernization and maintenance of the legacy ASP.NET/MySQL internal system and build AI-enabled tools including an LLM-based conversational agent, RAG pipelines, vector DBs, and integrations. Oversee engineering practices, security/compliance, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration while supervising engineers and contractors to improve automation, reporting, and operational workflows for the nonprofit.
