Lead and commercially manage full lifecycle Workday implementations from pre-sales through AMS handover. Act as primary client interface, define scope, manage planning/resourcing/milestones, produce deliverables, support testing and go-live, and identify/close additional business while leading blended and distributed teams.

Lead design and delivery of Workday reporting and analytics for AMS clients: build advanced/matrix/trending/composite reports, dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, and complex calculated fields; gather requirements, optimize reports, mentor junior consultants, and provide Workday best-practice guidance.

As a Workday Adaptive Planning Lead Consultant, you will lead implementations, provide expertise, develop forecasting models, train users, and mentor junior team members, ensuring client success and supporting business development.
