Defines solution architecture, technical roadmaps, reusable accelerators, engineering standards, and measurable outcomes while collaborating with engineering, QE, product, and client stakeholders.

Provide SAP PLM stabilization and optimization support for S/4HANA, including incident resolution, root-cause analysis, performance improvements, configuration, testing, data migration, and integration with manufacturing and supply-chain modules. Lead PLM process improvements, stakeholder workshops, documentation, governance, and collaboration with technical teams. Support specifications, engineering changes, document management, BOMs, recipes, production versions, and product data quality in a pharmaceutical environment.
