Administers, dispenses, and documents resident medications; performs accuchecks, vital signs, and resident condition charting. Responds to call lights, monitors and reports changes in residents’ condition, completes incident reports, orders medications, contacts physicians and outside agencies, maintains confidentiality, and attends required training.

Assist cook with meal preparation and service for residents, including setting trays, following menus and therapeutic diet instructions, serving correct portions, maintaining cleanliness and infection-control, preparing nourishments, and supporting social dining. Follow safety procedures, attend trainings, and communicate courteously with residents and staff.
