The AppSec Engineer will enhance security practices across development, assess AI-driven security risks, and collaborate with teams to embed security in processes while maintaining delivery speed.

Own a portfolio of mid-market B2B SaaS customers, developing quarterly success strategies, identifying churn risks, driving retention and expansion, managing renewals, monitoring usage and health metrics, and promoting product features. Build consultative customer relationships, lead change initiatives, advocate for customer needs internally, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support. The role is remote for candidates in the US or Canada and requires occasional customer travel.

Own retention, expansion, and value realization for a portfolio of accounting-firm customers. Drive renewals, forecast revenue, identify upsell opportunities, build executive relationships, create success plans tied to KPIs, identify and remediate churn risk, and translate customer insights into product and go-to-market priorities while collaborating cross-functionally.
