Summer internship contributing to production AI Agents and software used by major banks. Ship agent capabilities, build evals and QA harnesses, integrate voice and language models, sit in on customer calls, and contribute to documentation and internal tooling while learning from experienced engineers.

Serve as the subject-matter expert on end-to-end mortgage origination workflows and systems. Map workflows from lead through closing, run QA and error triage on AI agent output, build edge-case datasets for reliability, and collaborate with engineering, product, and deployment teams during customer go-lives.

Work directly with the CEO to turn ambiguous, cross-functional problems into executed plans. Own operating cadence, write memos, run special projects across Product/Engineering/Sales/CS, build dashboards and playbooks, support GTM and customer delivery, operationalize compliance and QA, and partner with Finance to stand up core functions and improve internal processes.

Lead the end-to-end originations product line for AI origination agents: define roadmap, work with AI engineers on autonomy and evals, manage deployments and customer adoption, close feedback loops, and own product marketing and positioning.

Lead and own end-to-end deployments of autonomous LLM agents for financial customers: manage timelines, adoption, health, compliance, and upsell. Analyze transcripts, logs, prompts, and evals to diagnose agent behavior; write and ship prompt/logic updates; build internal tooling and AI-powered CSM layers; run ticketing and customer relationships; push back on infeasible asks.

Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs and AI agents for real-time voice borrower interactions. Build evals, data pipelines, and APIs, ensure scalability and regulatory compliance, and continuously optimize agent performance for consumer lending workflows.

Drive strategic enterprise sales into large banks and mortgage lenders for Kastle's AI agents. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals (C-suite, InfoSec, legal, procurement), win RFPs, build pipeline, forecast revenue, and collaborate with founders and engineers to design and present solutions while contributing to GTM strategy and content.

Build, configure, and launch production AI agents on Kastle's platform; write backend and full‑stack code to integrate with loan servicing, data sources, and telephony; own full agent lifecycle (prototype, CI/CD, monitoring, iterate); act as technical lead in customer accounts and feed learnings into product roadmap.

Architect and own real-time backend systems that power AI voice and compliance workflows. Build low-latency, fault-tolerant distributed services, deploy and scale on Kubernetes, optimize databases, and create self-improving production AI systems from design to bank-ready production.

Work directly with founders at an AI-driven fintech startup to ship products and support all functions (engineering, growth, operations, sales, customer support). Operate autonomously on vague prompts, build systems, tackle unglamorous tasks, and move quickly in a high-paced, in-person San Francisco environment.
