About Kastle

Kastle is building the AI employee for consumer lending. We work with some of America's largest banks and mortgage lenders, helping them scale their contact center and compliance operations using autonomous AI Agents that process payments, originate loans, and help customers get a world class experience during the biggest financial decisions of their lives. We've processed over $1 billion in transactions and are backed by Y Combinator and Commerce Ventures. If you are interested in building AI that is applied in the real world where precision, reliability, and performance matter and redefine access to credit across the world, apply below.

About the Role

You’re joining at an inflection point. Our usage has grown 40x in the last 6 months and our customers view us as their enterprise AI partner and want us to transform their operations across different lines of business. To help support that we are founding our product team and hiring for leaders to own product for one business vertical each. You will start by partnering closely with customers to build new features for our existing originations agents, guide deployments, support adoption and ensure they have the tools and insight they need to achieve meaningful outcomes. Overtime you will own the product strategy, product execution, integrations, and partnerships for the originations vertical to deliver an end-to-end AI originations platform.

What you'll do
  • Own the originations product line end to end — roadmap, prioritization, and delivery for both of our AI origination agents

  • Work directly with AI engineers on failure modes, eval criteria, and the judgment calls of autonomy — when the agent acts, when it asks, when it escalates

  • Own deployments of your product: project-manage post-sale implementations, drive customer adoption, and be the reason the exec sponsor's rollout worked

  • Close the loop from field reality back into the roadmap

  • Own originations product marketing. Positioning, demo narrative, case studies from live deployments.

What we're looking for
  • 4+ years in product management, or equivalent ownership as a founder, engagement manager, or operator who shipped real product

  • You've built with LLMs hands-on — you can write and critique prompts, reason about evals, and engage engineers on how, not just what

  • A metrics habit: every claim you make about your product traces to instrumentation you made sure existed

  • You've owned customer-facing outcomes, not just internal roadmaps — deployments, implementations, or embedded work with enterprise customers

  • You write persuasively enough that an EVP forwards it internally

  • Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you shape the solution as much as you build it

Experience in mortgage, lending, or another regulated industry is a plus, not a requirement. We'll teach you originations faster than we can teach product instinct.

How we'll measure success

Whether our origination agents beat the best human baseline on the same work — conversion, cycle time, touches per file, error rates. Whether customers are live, adopted, and expanding on both agents.

How we work

Small team, high bar. You'll have full ownership of a product line with top 10 lenders live on it from day one.

Why join Kastle

  • Robust medical, vision, & dental coverage
