Teams at Keeper Security, Inc.

Support pre-sales and post-sales technical processes for Keeper Security by identifying customer technical requirements, delivering demos and trials, assisting implementations and integrations, providing level-2 support, collaborating with product and engineering, maintaining Salesforce activity, and traveling to customer meetings as needed.

Drive new business within an assigned geography/vertical through cold outreach, lead generation, and full sales cycle management. Schedule and run sales meetings and web demos, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, ensure active contracts, develop prospect relationships, and support proposal reviews. Act as a subject-matter expert on Keeper products and participate in role-plays and team sales activities.

Manage a team of Customer Success Managers to drive renewals, expansions, and upsells, ensure client health, and develop sales strategies.
