Lead and scale Revenue Growth Management capabilities across pricing, promotions, trade investment, and price-pack architecture. Partner with Sales, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to translate insights into commercial actions, establish guardrails and governance, implement Confido TPM, and build tools and scorecards to drive revenue, margin, ROI, and portfolio optimization.

Serve as the primary finance business partner to Sales, owning sales planning, forecasting, customer performance, gross-to-net reporting, and trade spend management. Lead customer business reviews, month-end accruals, and P&L analysis; support TPM (Confido) implementation, promotional tracking, and financial modeling for opportunities and negotiations to drive profitable growth.

Own demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and CPFR execution for the Walmart account. Monitor in-stock performance, manage item setup and lifecycle, analyze Scintilla and internal data, track operational metrics (OTIF, ASN, fill rates), prepare reports/dashboards, resolve order and inventory issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize inventory flow and contest invalid fines/fees.
