Develop and implement brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and portfolio architecture for Kikoff’s consumer fintech products. Lead PR planning, agency management, executive communications, reputation and customer trust programs, and organic social strategy. Translate consumer research into marketing claims and brand recommendations, partner cross-functionally with Legal and Compliance, and manage an organic social manager and contract content creator.

Own creative operations across internal teams, agencies, and freelancers. Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, intake, timelines, approvals, and delivery risks across video, design, copy, and creator content. Lead the migration from Jira, improve workflows, implement automation and AI tools, measure operational performance, and strengthen asset handoffs and feedback loops with Growth, Legal, and Compliance.

Leads performance creative strategy across paid social, TV, and creator content to drive acquisition and conversion. Develops messaging frameworks, learning agendas, testing roadmaps, and insight-driven creative priorities. Partners with Growth, Creative, and production teams to evaluate performance and improve creative decisions. Manages and coaches creative strategy and copy staff, oversees creator sourcing and UGC programs, and strengthens briefing, review, reporting, and knowledge-sharing processes.
