Oversee daily accounts receivable operations, including collections, credit risk monitoring, cash application, payment reconciliation, account discrepancy resolution, and month-end close support. Manage the AR inbox, documentation, credit memos, and corrections while partnering with Sales and Customer Success. Lead operational priorities, guide AR Administrators, support process improvements, and ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies.

Leads daily accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor management, payment runs, reconciliations, month-end close, audit support, reporting, and internal controls. Provides team guidance, workload management, escalation support, and training while identifying process improvements and automation opportunities. Collaborates cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely payments and compliance with accounting standards.

Leads demand planning and forecasting across product categories and channels, integrating commercial, consumer, market, and operational data. Oversees S&OP and IBP processes, forecast accuracy, scenario modeling, new product launches, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain. Drives process improvement, planning technology adoption, performance analysis, and scalable governance while mentoring planning talent and influencing senior stakeholders.
