Conduct applied AI research to improve model capabilities for healthcare workflows: design evals, RL environments, benchmarks; develop and train computer-use agents; build data pipelines; publish papers; work across models, tooling, infra, and product in an on-site SF internship.

Lead and scale data partnerships by identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with health systems, payers, registries, and data vendors. Build partner pipeline, outbound motion, CRM, diligence processes, and success metrics. Align data acquisition with research and engineering needs, handle legal/privacy/governance discussions, and manage operational tasks to secure high-quality healthcare datasets for AI research.

Lead dataset strategy and partnerships, manage expert contributors, collaborate with researchers and engineers, and develop scalable curation and QC processes for human-in-the-loop healthcare data pipelines to support AI model research.
