Build and manage Kintsugi AI’s ecommerce partner ecosystem by sourcing and onboarding agencies, consultants, and technology partners. Responsibilities include outbound partner development, CRM and referral management, partner engagement, co-selling, revenue-share coordination, events, conferences, and cross-functional enablement with sales, marketing, and product.

Design, build, and optimize scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines. Integrate with third-party billing/commerce systems, maintain serverless/event-driven architectures on AWS, ensure security and performance, implement automated tests and CI/CD, mentor engineers, and drive architectural decisions.

Drive revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business with SaaS and e-commerce companies. Manage sales pipelines, build relationships with decision-makers, use consultative selling, collaborate cross-functionally, report forecasts, and monitor market trends. Requires proven software sales success, strong communication and negotiation skills, e-commerce and SaaS industry knowledge, results orientation, and remote-work experience.
