Provide academic and behavioral support to individual students and small groups in special education and general classrooms, both in-person and virtually. Assist with behavior intervention plans, testing accommodations, data tracking, classroom management, personal care for disabled students, and participate in IEPs and family communications.

Support teachers by providing instructional assistance to individuals and small groups (including special education inclusion), implementing classroom behavior systems, performing clerical tasks, and leading after-school programs for 60–80 elementary students with homework help and enrichment. Must work the full school year and participate in professional development and coaching.

Provide specialized academic instruction and behavior intervention for high school students with mild/moderate special needs; develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, collaborate with general education staff and families, maintain records, and use instructional technology to support in-class and distance learning while fostering an inclusive, culturally responsive classroom.

Support classroom instruction by assisting with lesson implementation, curriculum-aligned activities, data-informed interventions, social-emotional learning, and restorative practices. Collaborate with teachers, instructional coaches, and leadership in weekly meetings and continuous professional development to advance student learning and an anti-racist, inclusive school culture.

Leads end-to-end data architecture, engineering pipelines, semantic-layer development, data quality, monitoring, and platform operations. Manages agile sprint planning, release delivery, DevOps metrics, and cross-functional project plans. Establishes MLOps and machine-learning platform capabilities, mentors data engineers, manages team members, and ensures reliable, well-governed data solutions for business intelligence and reporting.

Leads end-to-end data architecture, engineering pipelines, ETL, data modeling, quality monitoring, and Tableau BI platform operations. Partners with stakeholders to define requirements, manage project plans, lead agile sprints, and deliver reliable data solutions. Establishes governance, security, performance, and continuous improvement practices while developing AI-enabled analytics capabilities. Mentors data engineers and manages team performance, documentation, dependencies, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
