Provide instructional support to individual students and small groups in classroom and virtual settings, assist with curriculum modifications, testing accommodations, behavior interventions, classroom management, clerical tasks, and support social and life-skills activities under teacher direction.

Assist the School Leader in driving academic and social-emotional outcomes by leading instruction and school culture, supporting teacher development, planning curriculum, analyzing student data, managing records, and engaging families and stakeholders. Develop as an apprentice leader to build capacity for school leadership.

Support classroom teachers by working one-to-one or with small groups to tutor and reinforce academic and behavioral skills, prepare instructional materials, implement behavior plans and testing accommodations, assist with curriculum modifications, support social and life-skills activities, and perform clerical and classroom management tasks both in-person and virtually.

Provide academic and behavioral support to individual students and small groups in special education and general classrooms, both in-person and virtually. Implement behavior intervention plans, assist with testing accommodations, maintain progress data, support personal care needs, attend IEPs and parent meetings, and help maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment. Use instructional technology and Google Suite tools to support learning and communication.

Support classroom instruction by assisting with lesson implementation, curriculum-aligned activities, data-informed interventions, social-emotional learning, and restorative practices. Collaborate with teachers, instructional coaches, and leadership in weekly meetings and continuous professional development to advance student learning and an anti-racist, inclusive school culture.

Assist teachers by providing small-group and one-to-one instructional support in classroom and virtual settings, implement behavior supports and testing accommodations, prepare materials, review student work, and support social and life-skills activities. Maintain a safe, cooperative environment and perform clerical tasks as assigned.

Support the school leader to drive academic and social-emotional outcomes, lead instructional practice and school culture, coach and develop teachers and emerging leaders, analyze data to inform instruction, manage parts of daily operations, and contribute to strategic planning and hiring.

Oversee all high school athletics: plan, schedule, and supervise teams and coaches; manage budgets, compliance (CIF/PSAL/Title IX), facilities, transportation, uniforms, and safety training; recruit and develop coaches; teach PE, monitor student-athlete academics, and engage families and community to support student success.

Support the school leader to drive academic and social-emotional outcomes by leading instruction and school culture, coaching teachers and emerging leaders, managing daily operations, conducting data-driven instruction, and implementing behavior and intervention systems.

Assist teachers by providing instructional support to individual students or small groups in general and special education settings, implement classroom behavior strategies, and perform clerical tasks both in-person and virtually. Role supports inclusion students and complements the instructional program.

Lead national communications strategy and execution across earned media, executive communications, crisis and internal communications. Counsel senior leaders, align regional and national messaging, manage one direct report, build systems/workflows, train media spokespeople, and protect and amplify KIPP's brand and reputation.

Lead enterprise planning and governance for the KIPP Foundation, stewarding the 2030 plan. Own annual and multi-year planning, coordinate cross-functional planning leads, define OKRs/KPIs, monitor performance, and facilitate quarterly reviews to align priorities, resources, and execution across the organization.
