Support the school leader to drive academic and social-emotional outcomes by leading instruction and school culture, coaching teachers and emerging leaders, managing daily operations, conducting data-driven instruction, and implementing behavior and intervention systems.

Assist teachers and specialists by providing academic and behavioral support to individual students and small groups in special education and general classrooms, both in-person and virtually. Help implement classroom and school-wide behavior plans, support access to curriculum and instructional technology, and build relationships with students, families, and staff.

Assist with behavior intervention plans, testing accommodations, data tracking, classroom management, personal care for disabled students, and participate in IEPs and family communications.
