Develop and support optical critical dimension metrology systems across the product lifecycle. Lead component design, prototyping, testing, validation, troubleshooting, manufacturing transfer, customer ramp, and product improvements. Diagnose complex system issues, identify root causes, coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, and resolve field or manufacturing escalations. Responsibilities include developing diagnostics, supporting product introductions, preparing technical documentation, training personnel, and providing occasional on-site customer support.

Develop precision mechanical designs for semiconductor inspection and metrology systems across the full product lifecycle. Responsibilities include requirements definition, feasibility studies, 3D modeling, thermal, fluid, vibration and FEA analysis, tolerance stack-ups, prototype assembly, system integration, testing, supplier coordination, design reviews, documentation release and manufacturing handoff. The role collaborates with optics, systems, manufacturing and service engineering teams and resolves product issues through production.
