Teams at Klarity

Lead end-to-end product design for Klarity's AI-native enterprise product. Own product-area strategy, systems vision, design systems, AI-native UX patterns, prototyping and shipping with engineering, drive user research and metrics, and mentor other designers to raise craft across the team.

This role involves building and executing recruiting processes for a growing startup focused on hiring top AI talent. Responsibilities include developing AI-native workflows, sourcing candidates, and enhancing recruiting systems.

The Solution Consultant partners with account executives to understand client needs, delivers tailored demonstrations, and oversees technical validations in enterprise sales cycles. The role requires deep knowledge of AI capabilities and significant client interaction, including travel to customer sites.
