The Partner Account Manager will build and manage relationships with Klaviyo's partners, acting as a trusted advisor to support their growth and success while promoting Klaviyo's services and software. Responsibilities include managing a lead referral pipeline, developing strategies with partners, driving co-marketing efforts, and presenting product offerings to enhance partner performance.

Lead end-to-end integrated demand-generation marketing for K:Service, designing and executing cross-channel customer journeys, collaborating with product and content teams, defining measurement plans, optimizing messaging/audiences, and reporting performance to drive pipeline, revenue, retention, and CX metrics.

The role involves managing and improving data quality pipelines for GTM systems, optimizing AI workflows, and overseeing offshore teams to ensure accurate data detection and resolution.
