Lead Klaviyo’s corporate development activities, including acquisitions, strategic investments, partnerships, valuation, financial modeling, diligence, negotiation, approvals, and integration planning. Develop inorganic growth strategies, evaluate emerging technologies and markets, build executive recommendations, manage cross-functional deal teams, expand the transaction pipeline, and drive post-transaction value creation. The role requires strong financial, strategic, commercial, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with significant autonomy in executing complex technology transactions.

Lead integrations and AI automation for Finance systems, designing Workato workflows, AI-powered agents, copilots, and scalable integrations. Partner with Finance, IT, Security, Legal, and Audit teams to modernize accounting, procurement, billing, and revenue workflows. Own architecture, governance, operational reliability, SOX audit support, reusable frameworks, training, and success metrics while ensuring compliant handling of sensitive data.

Leads the design and implementation of AI-powered finance workflows, agents, copilots, and integrations across ERP, billing, procurement, and other financial systems. Establishes AI architecture, governance, security, observability, and responsible-use standards while partnering with Finance, IT, Security, Legal, and Audit. Identifies automation opportunities, measures business impact, builds reusable frameworks, and enables nontechnical teams to adopt AI solutions.
