Leads customer research projects from scoping through stakeholder-ready delivery, serving as the primary research advisor and accountable owner for assigned enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include developing research solutions, writing and editing quantitative and qualitative questionnaires, creating analysis plans, presenting insights, improving AI-generated research outputs, collecting product feedback, and managing direct reports. The role supports customer retention, expansion, and successful pilot conversions through high-quality research outcomes.

Leads Knit’s research operations function, overseeing survey programming, fieldwork, data quality assurance, vendor partnerships, automation, and offshore teams. Owns strategy, KPIs, staffing, organizational design, budgets, sampling operations, feasibility, operational readiness, and partner performance. Collaborates with Product, Engineering, Research, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to scale capabilities, improve data quality and delivery speed, expand audiences, and increase automation and margins.

Own customer research projects from discovery and scoping through questionnaire development, analysis, topline delivery, and stakeholder-ready presentations. Serve as the primary research lead for enterprise accounts, advise customers on research solutions, manage project risks, maintain customer context, and support retention, upsells, and pilot conversions. Contribute feedback to improve Knit’s AI-generated research outputs and stakeholder-ready reporting.
