Design, build, operate, and optimize large-scale data pipelines and foundational data platforms for healthcare datasets. The role focuses on Python, SQL, Spark, Airflow, AWS, storage optimization, schema evolution, data quality, observability, troubleshooting, CI/CD, and production support. The engineer will develop trusted data products, improve platform reliability and efficiency, contribute to architecture and technical direction, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor teammates while using AI-assisted engineering tools.

Own and scale Komodo Health’s application and product security program across software repositories, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and AI features. Build security automation, configure SAST/SCA/DAST tooling, conduct threat modeling and penetration-test remediation, secure software supply chains, and establish AI security guardrails. Partner closely with Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineering teams, support customer security reviews, improve vulnerability management, and maintain SOC 2 readiness.

Engineers and operates corporate IT security across identity, devices, endpoints, SaaS, internal networks, and workforce AI tools. Responsibilities include access hardening, device trust, lifecycle automation, SaaS security posture, detection engineering, incident command, audit evidence, and AI guardrails. The role is primarily hands-on and partners with Security, IT, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders to investigate incidents, remediate risks, and improve corporate security controls.
