Leads the global GTM People function, advising the CRO and revenue leaders on organization design, workforce planning, sales compensation, performance management, succession, employee relations, engagement, and international people risk. Builds people dashboards, supports organizational change and AI-related sales transformation, and manages the GTM People Business Partner team across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ.

Leads the design, implementation, and management of technology partner programs, including partner portals, onboarding, enablement, certifications, agreements, incentives, communications, and reporting. Collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to align channel strategy and improve partner experiences. Solicits partner feedback, manages program governance, and builds a team responsible for channel programs, enablement, portal administration, communications, and incentive management.

Architect and lead development of Kong Identity’s multi-tenant platform, including token management, claims engines, federation, client management, security controls, compliance, observability, and developer tooling. The role focuses on globally distributed, high-performance identity infrastructure, advanced OAuth and OpenID Connect capabilities, fraud prevention, extensibility, and enterprise integrations. The engineer will drive technical strategy, mentor teams, and support zero-trust, workload identity, and service mesh patterns.
