Own and deliver the entire front-end surface for Volcano: design and implement data-heavy UIs (log views, charts, tables, graph workflows), architect performant SSR systems in a Next.js monorepo, integrate with Go backends, contribute to LLM-driven tooling, and participate in pair design and code review processes.

Lead and own the visual and interaction language for the company's design system. Build and document components, tokens, templates, and layout patterns; ensure accessibility (WCAG) and high-quality shipped UI. Collaborate closely with a Design Technologist and engineering, run office hours and critiques, mentor designers, and drive system improvements to keep product and system cohesive at scale.

Lead AMS GTM planning and execution: fiscal modeling, headcount, quota and territory planning; design coverage models; monitor funnel, pipeline, forecasting and CRM accuracy; produce management reporting; drive deal velocity and process improvements; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and support operating cadence for a hyper-growth sales organization.
