Lead the company's operational backbone across logistics, vendor and field deployments, recruiting ops, expense and bookkeeping coordination, facilities/shop management, process and tooling development, and ad-hoc support for business development and investor communications.

Own and develop the perception stack for deployed hospitality robots, creating and optimizing multimodal manipulation policies, debugging transformer/diffusion policy failures, and ensuring real-time (~10Hz) inference on edge hardware in real hotel environments.

Lead end-to-end mechatronics development for hotel-deployed robots: mechanical design, electrical architecture, component selection, in-house prototyping, field debugging, and vendor management. Build for manufacturability, serviceability, and real-world reliability while iterating rapidly in an in-person San Francisco environment.

Own and develop the end-to-end robot perception stack and high-reliability manipulation policies. Research, deploy, and iterate transformer/diffusion and other learned policies on real hotel robots, handle multimodal sensor data, debug field failures, and optimize models for real-time (~10 Hz) inference on constrained edge hardware.

Build and maintain the core robot software stack including communication, state management, data transport, deployment tooling, and hardware interfacing. Develop tooling, telemetry, data pipelines, and reliability features. Collaborate across controls, perception, ML, and hardware teams and shape scalable system architecture.
