We are based in San Francisco and work in person.

The Role
You will build the software that connects our robots to the businesses they serve: the tools operators, staff, and our team use to deploy, direct, and monitor robots every day. You own the product layer, end to end.

What You'll Do

• Build teleoperation and fleet management interfaces

• Build task scheduling and dispatch that fit real operational workflows

• Integrate with customer systems (property management, work orders, messaging)

• Build dashboards and reporting for performance, uptime, and ROI

• Build mobile and web tools for on-site staff

• Spend time on site with operators and turn what you see into product

What You Bring

• Strong full-stack experience (TypeScript, React, Python, or similar)

• Experience designing APIs and backend services

• Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, WebRTC, streaming video)

• Product sense and comfort talking directly with users

• Bonus: robotics, IoT, or operations software experience

• Bias toward action: ship fast, watch it get used, iterate
