Own end-to-end growth and lifecycle as a product surface: define roadmap, metrics, and segmentation; build event-driven lifecycle programs and email component systems; run experimentation and CRO across acquisition and onboarding; and embed AI to automate personalization, research, and creative iteration. Partner with Engineering, Design, CX, and Marketing to ship measurable improvements in retention, revenue, and LTV.
