Supports the broker-dealer compliance program by conducting risk assessments, monitoring KYC, CIP, suitability, sanctions, and communications surveillance, updating supervisory procedures, reviewing marketing materials, managing regulatory reporting, onboarding compliance activities, and assisting with audits and examinations. The role requires collaboration with leadership, HR, and business teams to remediate issues and adapt compliance controls to evolving FINRA, SEC, and state requirements.

Conduct escalated sanctions reviews across name screening, transaction screening, blockchain monitoring, account activity, and anti-circumvention controls. Investigate sanctions exposure, review account-opening documentation, analyze large datasets, prepare regulatory reports, and communicate findings to global compliance stakeholders. The role also supports process improvement through automation and AI-assisted tools, presents investigation results, and helps maintain a scalable sanctions compliance operation.

Provides high-level administrative support to senior executives in the CEO office. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing briefings and meeting materials, supporting events and cross-functional projects, tracking budgets and tasks, processing expenses, and handling sensitive information with discretion. The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong organization, communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively across time zones and changing priorities.
