The role contributes to complex report writing, develops client relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and works with private equity and strategic buyers on financial due diligence.

Lead and grow a Private Equity-focused cybersecurity advisory practice: originate and close deals, advise on transaction diligence, drive portfolio cyber value creation, build high-performing teams, establish methodologies, and represent the firm externally.

The Vice President will manage projects in various sectors, draft expert reports, oversee team performance, and engage in client meetings and marketing events.
